This can be a baby or toddler photo. Please Note: If there are others in the photo, the photo will be cropped to just showcase your senior.

Make sure the file format is not a HEIC. The yearbook platform only accepts .jpg, jpeg, or .png. If your photo is a HEIC, please utilize a HEIC to jpg online converter before submitting. Only files smaller than 50MB can be submitted. When filling out the details for the photo, please make sure to fill out the fields with your senior's name and a description of "Senior Baby Photo."

Senior Sibling Photo Due Date: December 31, 2025

**Please Note: This is only for seniors who have sibling(s) attending James I. O'Neill High School in the 2025-2026 school year.

Please submit a photo of the senior and the sibling(s) attending O'Neill with them. It can be a childhood photo or a newer photo. In the case of multiple seniors in one family, a sibling photo can be submitted for each senior. As with all photos, please make sure there are no hand gestures in the photo and that it is school appropriate (adhering to the student handbook guidelines).

We are collecting one (1) portrait-oriented photo from each senior. Can be with family, friends, from vacations, playing sports, etc. The photo must be school-appropriate (No hand signs, inappropriate images, etc.) and must adhere to student handbook guidelines. The administration will review everything before it goes into the yearbook!

Also, make sure the file format is not a HEIC. The yearbook platform only accepts .jpg, jpeg, or .png. If your photo is a HEIC, please utilize a HEIC to jpg online converter before submitting. All images should be clear images in the best quality possible. Submitting images of low quality is not advised as it does not print well. Only files smaller than 50MB can be submitted.

SENIOR QUOTE: Submitted by December 31, 2025

Senior Quote Due Date: December 31, 2025

The senior quote should be something meaningful that you can be proud of for years to come. Make sure the quote is under 200 characters in total including spaces and punctuation. The quote must adhere to all student handbook regulations about appropriateness and it will be screened by Administration.

SENIOR POSE: Chosen by February 20, 2026

Pose Selection Due Date: February 20, 2026**

A yearbook pose must be selected from your session with Upstate Images by February 20th. For consistency, the yearbook photo needs to be in color and it must be either a tuxedo or drape pose. The pose can be chosen through the Upstate Images platform. You can also call 1-855-773-3321 if you need help with the process.

Likewise, if you used a different photography studio for your child's graduation photo, this image must be sent to Sheri.mcnair@hffmcsd.org no later than December 31st. Please make sure the photography studio has followed all of the same guidelines as Upstate Images and they have been informed to contact Sheri McNair regarding the background color to be utilized.

Click the link emailed or text to them, scan the QR code given to them at their sitting, or visit our website at https://www.upstate-images.com/order-schedule (they will need their personalized online code to access from the link). This will allow them to view their gallery of images. If the exclamation point is there, an image has not been selected yet.

In "My Photos", Click on each image to view and select favorite images by clicking the favorite icon.

Toggle to "Choose Yearbook" to select/change the photo for the yearbook and "Confirm". The school requirements are listed here.

Their photo gallery will be shown and the image should be selected by clicking on it.

Then "confirm".

SENIOR NAME CHANGE: Deadline Date February 20, 2026

Name changes for seniors have two distinct deadline dates based on yearbook page submittal dates. A name change finalized and reflected in SchoolTool on or before December 31st will be reflected on all pages of the yearbook in which your child’s name appears (clubs, sports, senior portraits, baby picture, etc.). However, any name change finalized and reflected in SchoolTool after December 31st and up until February 20th, can only be changed on the senior portrait page. By that date, other pages in the yearbook have already been submitted to the publisher for printing. No name change can be completed in the yearbook after February 20th. Please make sure to reach out to Sheri.mcnair@hffmcsd.org to let the yearbook club know that a name change is in process for your child. This way we are aware of it and can flag it in the system for change.
